Limited lifetime warranty. For LUVUL kitchen sinks.

LUVUL Kitchen & Bath (“LUVUL”) warrants the structure and finish of your sink to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal household use.

Coverage starts on the date of purchase from an authorized LUVUL dealer, by the owner or a trade professional, and lasts for the lifetime of the original owner. It applies to the sink in its original location and can’t be transferred to a later owner. Accessories are covered for 1 year under the same terms.

If a product is reported as defective to an authorized dealer or to LUVUL during the warranty period, LUVUL will repair it or replace it with a product of equal value, at its option.

• Obsolete, discontinued or display products, and products bought at discount outlets, on clearance or from unauthorized dealers.
• Damage from negligence, carelessness, misuse, misapplication, abuse, accidents, improper installation or maintenance, alterations to the product, hard water or mineral deposits, or corrosive materials, or from not following the care and installation instructions included with the product.
• Wear to the finish from abrasive cleaners (powders, bleach, ammonia, alcohol or chlorine) or abrasive tools (scouring pads, steel wool or wire brushes).
• Products not installed or used according to LUVUL’s instructions and all applicable rules, regulations and laws. LUVUL recommends installation by a licensed, insured professional experienced with kitchen and bath products.
• Labor, and the cost of removing or reinstalling the product.
• Incidental or consequential damages, such as loss of use, delays or property damage.
• Marine or outdoor installations, and free gifts included with a purchase.

Products bought for industrial, commercial or business use are covered for one (1) year under the terms above.

LUVUL covers shipping of a warranted replacement part or product during the first (1) year. Charges may apply for Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico, and international shipping is not included.

Except as stated above, LUVUL makes no other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or compliance with any code.

Some states don’t allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limits on how long an implied warranty lasts, so these limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary by state.
